In whatever setting our SELF ENHANCEMENT RETREATS take place, we take care to assure that your lodgings are beautiful and comfortable, with a sense of privacy and serenity, and surrounded by a nurturing natural environment.

Your accommodations are a choice of single or double occupancy and at times there are rooms that accommodate three or four women at a time if preferred. There are healthy, beautifully prepared meals and snacks each day. There is time for reflective walks in nature, meditation, journaling, or hiking, and a variety of interesting sites, depending on our location.

Part of our time is spent participating in fun, interactive learning processes outside in the beautiful, natural environment. Evenings are your time for choice of massage or unique healing modality, or enjoying the company of other women at an outdoor fire-pit, or warm spa and pool under the stars.
